Inventory has not risen during the economic slowdown. Months of inventory are coming up (Moco from 0.5 on 1/1/22 to 1.46 1/1/23 and DC to 3 months for single family and 4.5 months for condos), but we are still seeing a strong market. We are still in a seller’s market.
I will have a new blog post soon to wrap up 2022 and to discuss what we are expect in 2023. But for now, feast your eyes on the data below.
